Research Interests
Ann Ward’s research interests are ancient political philosophy, especially Herodotus, Plato, and Aristotle, late modern and 19th century political thought, the existentialist philosophies of Soren Kierkegaard and Martin Heidegger, politics and literature, and feminist political theory.
She is the author of several books, and her articles have appeared in History of Political Thought, The Political Science Reviewer, POLIS: The Journal of the Society for Greek Political Thought, Perspectives on Political Science, European Journal of Political Theory, Canadian Political Science Review, and The European Legacy: Toward New Paradigms.
