Dr. Kudelia gives a keynote address at the conference in Berlin

In his talk, Dr. Kudelia examined the security policy dilemmas faced by the West regarding Ukraine in the 1990s and analyzed the reasons behind its failure of its strategy to address Ukraine’s security needs. His address was based on the findings from his ongoing research based on recently declassified policy documents from the government archives in the United States and the United Kingdon.

Dr. Kudelia’s research project on post-Cold War diplomacy concerning Ukraine is supported by the grant from Baylor’s University Research Committee Awards (ONE-URC).
