Peter Wostenberg's Recent Participation in RAND’s Summer Associate program,

Peter Wostenberg recently participated in RAND’s Summer Associate program, where he worked alongside noted cyber experts to inform Army cyber policy. RAND is a nonpartisan think tank founded in 1948 to support national security decision making through independent research and analysis. Peter worked on a project in RAND’s Arroyo Center (its Army Research Division) which focused on the cybersecurity of operational technology. His research at Baylor focuses on the just war tradition and its application to modern warfare, including cyberspace operations and irregular warfare.
